Since 1988, Riverland Homes has built and remodeled custom homes with exceptional craftsmanship, creating some of the Portland area’s most distinctive residences. With broad experience and flexibility, Riverland takes on projects of many sizes and styles. 

Our goal is simple: deliver a successful project and a satisfied customer. Every project is managed on-site by highly experienced, well-compensated managers and company principals. Unlike many builders, our owners stay actively involved from start to finish. We take on a select number of homes, and we measure success by the right balance of beauty, quality, budget, and schedule. We believe every component, regardless of cost, should be installed with the highest level of craftsmanship.
