North Portland Contemporary
This north Portland home was constructed on a lot that was 20 feet wide and 40 feet deep. Designer Andrew Feldon maximized all of the high density allowances in the City of Portland code to get this interesting home on this tiny lot. Every inch of available space was carefully thought out and implemented. This home was featured in Dwell magazine.
