Timber Frame

This project is a new Timber Frame home. The entire structure of the home is of fir beams all of which are visible on the inside of the structure. It is one of the most striking homes in the area. The project was begun in the winter in Portland's Forest Heights subdivision on a challenging lot. This project proved challenging in all aspects of construction. Many non-standard methods were employed to achieve a finished product in a reasonable time. The home was completed in 9 months.
