This Lake Oswego lakefront home was constructed in 2004 The plan was for this new home was for it to look like it was built many years ago and then remodeled. The Client was thrilled when a neighbor walked in and wanted to know what the original home had looked like before the remodel. Wood paneled ceilings, inset door cabinetry, Cedar shingle siding and retro style ceramic tile work all contribute to the look of a finely crafted older home.
